We want to extend our family of distributors of Onionhead products to “Affiliates” who have access to customers that Onionhead as a company does not have today.

DEFINITION

The majority of our Affiliate family members are internet based organizations or websites that have an interest in providing simple solutions to emotional issues that Onionhead can address. 

QUALIFICATION

An organization or website requesting to be an Affiliate of Onionhead must meet the following criteria:

• provide hyperlinks to their website to ensure compatibility with Onionhead’s mission, integrity and methods of business,
• properly represent Onionhead on their website (graphics and copy reflect Onionhead’s brand and integrity as represented on our website),
• specify their interest in representing the entire Onionhead® store, categories of products, or individual products (they may chose to represent all three affiliate modes),
• accept a commission on absolute dollar sales of products on each order associated with their direct link of a customer who successfully completes a product purchase in the Onionhead Store of fifteen (15) percent (commissions will be paid monthly unless otherwise notified),
• utilize the Onionhead Store as the affiliate system, including approved graphics, text and links provided through the Store, and
• maintain high integrity practices in serving customers and partnering with Onionhead.

PRICING

Customers referred to the Onionhead Store will be offered the same retail pricing available to all direct customers.  Onionhead may agree to special discounts uniquely associated with any affiliate family members, which will be offered through the Store.

PROCESS… IT’S JUST THAT SIMPLE!

Onionhead will offer prospective Affiliate family members three modes of connecting customers with Onionhead® products.

1. Product Groups – A predefined grouping of available Onionhead® products for the Affiliate

2. Categories – A current Store Category of products offered by the Affiliate

3. Products – Individual product(s) with a direct link to Onionhead Store shopping cart checkout

Becoming an Affiliate will require that Onionhead® Customer service work directly with the Affiliate to:

• establish/agree on an Affiliate Agreement,
• register them as an “Affiliate” in the Onionhead Store,
• defined the mode(s) of offering Onionhead® products (of the 3 modes listed above),
• create/approve text or graphic banners,
• establish bank account deposits (for sales commissions), and
• activate the Affiliate Plan in the Onionhead Store.
